Silibase Silicone produce Excellent wetting effect Dispersant Substitute for BYK ANTI-TERRA-U 100. Wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne industrial and architectural coatings to stabilize inorganic pigments.

Special features and benefits
By sterically stabilizing, the additive deflocculates the pigments. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, high gloss can be achieved and tinting strength is increased.
In addition, transparency and hiding power are increased while viscosity is reduced. This also improves leveling and enables higher tinting levels.
Recommended use
Particularly recommended for architectural coatings and protective coating systems if the amount of organic solvents introduced into the formulations is to be as low as possible.
Recommended levels
Amount of additive (as supplied) on pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 0.5–1%
Titanium dioxide: 0.2–0.5%
Organic pigments: 1–5%
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. The optimum dosage should be determined by application-related test series.
Incorporation and processing instructions
For optimum performance, the additive must be incorporated into the millbase before addition of pigments.

Usage:
It is recommended to dissolve the dispersant completely in the grinding medium first, and then add the pigment to the grinding.

5-10% 10-20％ 20-50％

Packaging:
25KG blue bucket is not recycled.
The product is not fully used before, and the lid must be tightly closed after use.

Storage:
Keep away from heat source and light source.
